Cole Sprouse Talks First On-Camera Love Scene & Teases Riverdale's "Darker" Season 2

Cole Sprouse opened up about his first on camera love scene and gave us hints for Season 2 of Riverdale.
Is that serpent jacket going to be a permanent part of Jughead’s wardrobe?
Jughead Jones looked almost too comfortable with his hair free of his staple hat and that leather serpent jacket, but is that indicative of where his character is going in Season 2?

TVline caught up with him at CW’s Upfront presentation in New York and asked him all about it. Take a look.
I think we can all admit he looked rull good with a dark side and seeing him lean into that southside serpent role will definitely cause a lot of drama for every character!

He also dishes on his first on screen love scene with Lili Reinhart and his response to whether or not he was nervous was priceless.
That sly smirk when talking about Lili was too cute.

He talks in circles about whether or not Lili and Jughead’s relationship will continue, however. But we certainly hope so!

He also revealed his most difficult scene to shoot was the phonebooth scene in episode 12 where he calls his mom. QUOTE, "when you're talking into a phone with no one on the other line, that's technically challenging and emotionally challenging...but I think it got the point across, so I'm proud of it."
