Demi Lovato & Nicki Minaj Shade Each Other After Awkward Met Gala Run In

Demi Lovato and Nicki Minaj are throwin’ some major shade at each other after the Met Gala. It sounds like an Instagram feud is brewing, and I’m here to tell you all about it. Let’s investigate, shall we?
Don’t you just hate when someone doesn’t tag you in a pic when you’re looking hot AF? Yep, that’s exactly what happened to our girl, Demi Lovato.
It all started on Monday, when Demi and Nicki were both wearing outfits designed by Moschino at the Met Gala. So of course the two decided to take a snap with the brand’s creative director Jeremy Scott.
Well, the very next day Nicki posted the pic to her Instagram, but ummm, HELLO? SHE FORGOT TO TAG DEMI! Was it intentional? Who knows? Maybe it was an accident? But either way, Demi seemed to get pretty offended.
According to fans, Demi commented on the photo with a laughing emoji, peace sign, and thumbs up (show demi comment pic) before taking to her own Instagram account to share this pic.
Clearly showing that Nicki is giving Demi the side eye, the caption reads, QUOTE: “This picture pretty much summed up my first and probably last Met.” With a ton of crying/laughing emojis and the hashtags cool, not for me, sweat pants, forensic files, and what’s good.
Woow. She later added to the caption, QUOTE: “p.s. some of y’all need to learn how to take a joke…I’m obviously laughing at the fact that 1. I look incredibly awkward and 2. That shade being thrown in this picture actually gives me life.”
But no, it doesn’t end there. Demi took to Snapchat using one of the distorted selfie filters to share a pic of herself with the caption, “When you aren’t mentioned in a post but didn’t do shit to the other person.”
AND, directly after that posted this video, as if trying to tell Nicki something … but umm, I’ll let you decide for yourself.
So yeah… Nicki hasn’t commented on the drama just yet. But we know she’s not one to shy away from confrontation. Now it’s YOUR turn!
