Demi Lovato SLAYS Beatles Cover For Hurricane Harvey Telethon

While some celebrities contributed to the telethon by answering telephones or sharing a heartfelt video message, Demi, Brad Paisley, Cece Winans, and Darius Rucker all got together to perform the Beatles’ classic, “With a Little Help from My Friends.”
Honestly, there’s nothing more incredible than four powerful vocalists coming together to perform a classic hit for a great cause.
The foursome covered the hit song at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, but they weren’t the only ones performing that night for the ‘Hand in Hand’ telethon. Just to give you all an idea of last night’s performance line up, Stevie Wonder kicked off the show with ‘Lean On Me’ while being backed by a gospel choir, Blake Shelton and Usher did a duet of ‘Stand By Me,’ and Tori Kelly opened her beautiful mouth and sang ‘Hallelujah.’
Overall, the telethon successfully raised over 44 million dollars for the victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. During times like these, it’s honestly heartwarming to see everyone coming together to help each other out.
