Maze Runner: The death cure is the final installment of the maze runner franchise starring teen wolf heart-throb Dylan Obrien. The release of the film was pushed almost an entire year due to a serious injury to Dylan while filming his own stunt sequence. Originally it was pinned to release in february of 2017, but got pushed all the way to January of 2018. Now that’s a long recovery.
Now that it’s been a few months since the death cure’s release, the dvd is finally here which means it’s loaded with special features, and exclusive deleted scenes. One deleted scene in particular caught our attention of the lead heros performing an intense stunt.
In the clip, we see that the cgi isn’t complete yet, which begs us to ask, how much of this stunt is was really dangerous? Obviously dylan has injured himself on the set, and we can’t help but wonder if this was after that serious accident because it looks like producers aren’t taking any chances with safety.
