Fifth Harmony Gets AWKWARD With Camila Question During 2017 MTV VMAs Red Carpet Interview

The ladies of Fifth Harmony were just asked if they’d share an award with Camila Cabello at the VMAs.
And it was MORE than a little awkward
Yikes. Looks like the world STILL isn’t over Camila Cabello choosing to leave Fifth Harmony last year. At the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, the gals stopped on the blue carpet to do an interview during the Pre-Show. And the internet was NOT happy when MTV’s host Charlamagne asked the group this about their nomination for “Down”.
Normani was NOT about to let that question slide through and took the lead shutting it down with some cold hard LOGIC about who deserved the award. On top of that, fans online were quick to point out another tidbit that makes this question one-hundred percent shady. One fan wrote: “Charlamagne asked Fifth Harmony if they're going to give an award to Camila if they win but she wasn't even in the group for "Down"... #VMAs”.
Yeahhhh. That. So considering Ally, Dinah, Normani, and Lauren worked on their latest single and album without Camila, it’s not really fair to keep asking about her IS IT? So will the media learn from this and stop begging for some Camila tea? Sadly, probably not. What do you guys think of how Fifth Harmony handled this snakey comment?
