Camila Cabello Clears Up Fifth Harmony Break-Up Rumors After Awkward Interview & Performs With 5H

She also spent the weekend doing major damage control via Twitter after fans accused her of missing Fifth Harmony studio time, but Harmonizers, seriously, there’s nothing to worry about!
The only harmonies within the Harmonizer fandom over the past week have been helpless cries of sadness as they beg for answers following Fifth Harmony’s slightly awkward interview when Dinah Jane dropped a bombshell about the band’s future plans, revealing that the group would most likely go their separate ways later on after hoping to win a few more awards.
As if that didn’t sit well enough with fans, even more breakup rumors were sparked over the weekend when Fifth Harmony’s official Twitter posted a photo of the group minus Camila taking part in a late night studio session. The photo was conveniently posted Friday night as Camila joined Shawn Mendes onstage at KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball to sing their new duet “I Know What You Did Last Summer”, in which fans lost all cool and the tweets began rolling in…
One fan retweeted the picture writing, “camila was out recording another duet with her boyfriend” which didn’t quite sit well with Camila. She fired back in a series of tweets, clearing up all traces of an upcoming breakup, writing, “@SUPDlNAH actually I've never missed a 5h recording session or any 5h commitment ever, i was at the studio yesterday too. i understand nobody's telling you the real and all you have left to do is assume. but all of these assumptions are false. i sleep less and during the times i used to have free time i work, but i put in the same amount of work for 5h that i always have.”
After attempting to slam even more rumors via Twitter, Camila wrote a general statement, saying “i could spend all day addressing this but next week there will be a new thing to "address" and frankly im tired. believe what you want.”
However, Camila DID give fans something to look forward to after she cleared up the confusion surrounding a near-future breakup, saying, “Obviously any band, any group, someday is not going to be together anymore. That's the truth. Everybody kind of knows it, whether you say it or not. We're working on new music for you guys right now -- just be happy!"
And as if Camila didn’t sweep those rumors well under the rug, the fab five were all smiles on Saturday night as they performed together during Miami’s Grand Slam Party Latino.
