Harmonizers REACT To Fifth Harmony Hiatus & Thank Them With Empowering Messages

You’ve probably heard by now that Fifth Harmony is taking an indefinite hiatus, during which the four ladies will pursue their own individual career endeavors. It was definitely an announcement we didn’t see coming, except for the fact that all the girls have signed with individual managers and have started working on their own projects on the side. Okay--so we kinda sorta knew this hiatus was inevitable, but that doesn’t mean we were ready for it!!
Understandably, Harmonizers are mourning the loss of their favorite girl group all over social media today. It’s been six years since 5th Harmony was formed on The X Factor, and their fans have been loyal through every single, every album, and, of course, Camila’s exit from the group. But while many fans expressed their devastation over the group’s indefinite hiatus, many more took to social to thank them for all they’ve contributed to the music world, and for being amazing role models in general. The hashtag #ThankYouFifthHarmony even started trending on Twitter.
One fan wrote QUOTE, “My heart hurts, but I’m extremely grateful I got to be part of this beautiful journey. Thank you for these past 6 years, for giving us your heart, your talent. Thank you for showing us that the impossible can become possible”. Another tweeted QUOTE, “When you crying about the hiatus but then realize you gon get a bunch of iconic bops from 4 legendary queens!! WE READY SISTAS”.
And it wasn’t just the music that fans were grateful for. One fan tweeted QUOTE, “Thank you for making me learn many things about life, for telling me that I am Brave, Honest and Beautiful. Thank you for saying that Bridges Not Walls are best.” Another fan wrote QUOTE, “From the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you to @FifthHarmony for everything. I’ve gained friends, confidence, knowledge and amazing memories over these past few years.. thank you for teaching us how to love ourselves and fight for what is right”.
Okay here is no way that Dinah, Lauren, Normani, and Ally aren’t crying their eyes out to all of these beautiful messages today. As hard as it is to see them separate, we cannot wait to see what they’ll do in their individual careers moving forward. And you know that reunion tour down the line is gonna be EPIC.
