Dinah-Jane, Ally, Lauren, and Normani took the stage together for the last time on Friday May 11 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, Florida. The ladies of Fifth Harmony announced their indefinite hiatus back in March and their final performance has come too soon. At the end of the show as they sang their final notes the girls hugged and held back tears. Then they put all the planned choreo aside and lived out their last moments as a group on stage.
As you saw, the ladies got together for a quick final bow in front of their fans. The girls were clearly emotional but smiled through their final moments on stage together. After their bow you could tell they didn’t really want to leave the stage. The foursome blew kisses, accepted gifts from fans, gave high fives, did some freestyle dancing, and waved goodbye to every single person in the audience.
Following the show the ladies sent some sweet farewell messages to their fans and each other on social media. Normani posted a black and white backstage photo of the group and wrote, “FOREVER & ALWAYS I love you more than you’ll ever know. Thank God for all of it.” Dinah Jane posted a fresh faced photo of the girls and signed off with, “‘til next time x @FifthHarmony”. Ally also posted a backstage photo writing, “I love you” while Lauren posted this Insta with a simple “thank you”. On the official Fifth Harmony twitter the group sent a note to their Harmonizers saying, “We couldn’t have asked for a better final show, thank you to everyone who came out tonight! Florida, we love you! You’re forever in OUR hearts.” The gals followed that up with a final photo together at the event, “What a way to cap off 6 years together! Thanks for the memories.”
The ladies of 5H have officially gone on indefinite hiatus and will now be pursuing solo projects. In fact, most of them have already kicked off their solo adventures. Normani has dropped “Love Lies” with Khalid, Lauren has teamed up with Steve Aoki on “All Night”, and Ally will be taking the stage at Capital FM’s upcoming Fusion Fest.
