The holiday season has been upon us for weeks now, but James Corden just upped the Christmas spirit in all of us by releasing a Christmas-themed Carpool Karaoke and it was incredible.
Everyone from Kelly Clarkson to Sam Smith and Fifth Harmony to Miley Cyrus joined in on the fun by singing ‘Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town’ and before we get into the festive drive, can we just talk about Harry and James’ SHOCKING kiss?! Like, seriously, who saw that one coming?
Yeah, we weren’t expecting that either. While many fans were just LIVING for the kiss – one fan tweeted QUOTE, “I’VE WATCHED HARRY & JAMES’ KISS TOO MANY TIMES I THINK I HAVE A PROBLEM.”
While others…well, they weren’t so happy about the smooch at all. One tweeted, “Are people seriously talking about James Corden and Harry Styles kissing? Faux gay kissing stopped being newsworthy long ago, folks.” And another wrote, “Yeah, LGBT people LOVE it when straight people mock their lives for views and a laugh. Keep at it James! You’re doing great!”
Aside from the controversial on-camera kiss, the rest of the video was less problematic as everyone got into the Christmas spirit – even though they all most likely filmed this over the course of this year.
