High school graduates broke out into a massive flashmob to Taylor Swift's 'Shake it Off' at graduation. You don’t want to miss this.
The Valedictorian at Portsmouth High School New Hampshire ended his commencement speech with a stunt so unexpected it had everyone on their feet.
While family and friends were caught off guard, all 230 plus students of the 2015 graduating class, planned a choreographed dance to T.Swifts hit song. Take a look:
So how did the high school seniors choreograph the stunt? Valedictorian Colin Yost told MTV News.that he heard “Shake it off” in the car and has QUOTE "always wanted to do a flash mob, and I thought graduation would be the perfect place because our class is very cohesive and doesn't really have a lot of cliques,"
He ran the idea by a few of his friends and then put and with the help of 3 friends, they choreographed a dance and put together an instructional video. And thanks to some very cool administrators, they practiced the routine during five graduation rehearsals.
The song and the spirited seniors had everyone in the auditorium dancing and laughing. Portsmouth High School definitely created a graduation ceremony to remember.
What do you guys think of the graduation flashmob? Are you surprised the seniors were able to pull it off and if you were to do it, what song would you flashmob to?
