Taylor Swift Being SUED for Ripping Off "Shake It Off"?

Taylor Swift is being shook down for her hit shake it off!
Another day, another person trying to sue Taylor Swift but I think this lawsuit has to be the most ridiculous one yet!
An R&B singer Jesse Graham has reportedly filed a lawsuit claiming Taylor Swift took some of the lyrics from a song he wrote in 2013 called "Haters Gone Hate." He’s suing for $42 million AND and wants his name added to any new prints of "Shake It Off..side note- most people stream/download music now but whatever.
His lyrics are "Haters gone hater, playas gone play. Watch out for them fakers, they'll fake you everyday."…which is reminiscent of Swift’s chorus.
Let’s taken a quick listen to Braham’s song:
he told the New York Daily News QUOTE "Her hook is the same hook as mine. If I didn't write the song 'Haters Gone Hate,' there wouldn't be a song called 'Shake It Off,' …adding he’d been in touch with Swift's record label Big Machine on four or five occasions.
He clearly hasnt heard 3LW's song Plays ton play
I rest my case and just a side note: Graham also noted he "plans to file suit against CNN for the title of its morning show New Day," because he runs a church called New Day Worldwide.
Obviously this guy is really reaching for this lawsuit but lets just say he does win, we just found out that TSwift makes 1 million dollars a day….so 42 million is about a month and half of work for her…something tells me she's not sweating it.
