Grab your tissues guys, because Jeffree Star just shared some devastating news and our hearts are breaking for him.

What’s up y’all? It’s Drew Dorsey back here on Clevver News and it’s never fun to report on a celeb losing a loved one, especially when it’s a furry friend.

We’ve all been there too and it’s heartbreaking, pets are family!

Yesterday Jeffree Star posted this video on Snapchat revealing that he had horrible news to share with his fans.
All YouTuber drama aside, we could tell by Jeffree’s crying and tone, that this seemed serious.
At that point he didn’t share what the news was, but he revealed they had lost a member of their family.

From social media, it looked like Jeffree and his boyfriend Nathan were on vacation, but they actually returned home early following the tragic news.

Now, Jeffree just shared a video on YouTube confirming that it was their dog Diamond that had passed away.
In the video Jeffree revealed that Diamond, who he rescued from a puppy mill 9 years ago, had been struggling for a while, but it seems like her passing was still somewhat unexpected.

And we know how important Jeffree’s dogs are to him. He and Nate had 6 Pomeranians and they do everything with them.

Literally, everything from traveling, to sleeping, to even collaborating on makeup. The dogs basically run Jeffree’s house and he loves it.
So, it’s definitely fair that he is planning to take some much-needed time off to celebrate her life.

At the end of the video Jeffree shared some highlights from Diamond’s life and if you weren’t already crying, good luck holding back the water works once you see this sweet pup’s face.
Jeffree also shared his heartbreak on Twitter writing quote, “My heart hurts so fucking bad right now... it’s hard to breathe.”
And that’s where fans chimed in to send their love to Jeffree and Nate.

One person wrote quote, “jeffree we are here for you. we are so sorry about what happened! we are all thinking of you and your family. if you ever need to talk to ANYONE, message someone you trust. don’t stay silent in this time of grief when you need to talk and speak out. we love you!”
And another said quote, “Jeffree babe I am SO so sorry. I am here if you need to talk. Praying for you. My heart breaks for you seeing you cry. Stay strong.”
