Justin Timberlake has been in our lives for quite some time now spanning from his days in the Mickey Mouse Club, to stealing our hearts in NSync, to bringing Sexy Back and so to commemorate all of his hard work, he will be honored with the Decade Award at this year’s TCA’s. The official press release for the announcement spoke highly of JT saying QUOTE - "From his musical artistry to innovative collaborations, the singer continues to create relevant, chart-topping music, transcending generations of fans.” Not to mention, Justin already has 22 Teen Choice Awards under his belt which is more than any other male artist.
The Decade Award comes at the perfect time seeing that this year also marks the 10th year anniversary of Justin’s FutureSex/LoveSounds album which brought us hits like Sexyback and My Love. Aka the album that provided the soundtrack to my elementary school life. But the real question here is will he be performing? Justin never fails to put on a great show and with his single Can’t Stop The Feeling at the top of the charts right now, there’s really no excuse for him not to perform. Obviously to keep secrets under wraps, there’s been no word on whether or not he will be performing but finger’s crossed that we’ll get to see him take the stage when the show airs on July 31st.
