Kathy Griffin APOLOGIZES For Gory Trump Photo Shoot & Celebs React

Kathy Griffin is in some deep sh** after this image of her holding a fake decapitated Trump head surfaced on line. Celebs are weighing in and you’d be surprised by how dramatic this is getting.
Before you make up your mind as to whether she crossed the line or by how much, first get through this video. There’s a LOT going down.
We all know how this began. TMZ posted a gory image shot by famed photog Tyler Shields of comedian Kathy Griffin holding a fake bloody decapitated head of our President. Vile or not, this kind of thing is protected under the 1st Amendment. The image went viral and that’s when the ish hit the fan. Everyone had something to say about it. Even Chelsea Clinton tweeted “This is vile and wrong. It is never funny to joke about killing a president.” Donald Trump Jr tweeted “Disgusting but not surprising. This is the left today. They consider this acceptable. Imagine a conservative did this to Obama as POTUS?” which they did, by the way. And that was Debra Messing’s point when she tweeted “It wasn't right when people hung lynched Obama effigies, just as what Kathy Griffin did isn't right now.” The left was mostly NOT cool with this dead Trump mockery, fyi. Alyssa Milano called it “super offensive” and even Anderson Cooper, who low-key despises Trump and is homies with Kathy Griffin called her out saying ‘For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.” After witnessing the unprecedented fallout Kathy did a complete 180 offering an apology rarely given by comedians.
Now, did all this go down without a tweet from Trump? Of course not! He lashed out via Twitter saying "Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick." He’s not lying about Barron. According to TMZ who spoke with Trump family sources, little 11 year old Barron was in front of the TV watching a show when the news came on and he saw his dad’s bloody, beheaded head. Allegedly, he panicked and screamed, "Mommy, Mommy!" Ugh, that makes me sick to my stomach. Was this hate speech? Was this political art? Was this any different than every time we kill a president in a movie? And does it matter when the guy being beheaded, unlike President Obama and President Bush before him, is a dude who’s openly encouraged violence at his rallies and has boasted about sexual assault? Asking an honest question here. Call me crazy, but-like I tweeted- I’m less hurt by this image than by the 3 alt-right terror attacks that went down this week.
