Gaga and Taylor’s engagement has been called off on account of ‘WHAT THE HECK WENT WRONG?’ We were really holdin’ out for these two…
As we’ve come to learn from many Hollywood relationships that don’t always turn out as planned, sometimes, lust or, in this case, love, just isn’t enough… Lady Gaga and Chicago Fire star Taylor Kinney, who met on the set of Gaga’s music video for “You And I” back in 2011, have officially called it quits for good.
News of the breakup comes just a few short months after the formerly engaged couple were noticeably absent from each other’s lives during public events and on social media, when speculations of a potential split were on the radar.
And just last week on the day of Taylor’s 35th birthday, Gaga was seen without him, along with her heart-shaped Loraine Schwartz diamond ring. Gaga is currently in Mexico, once again noticeably without her ring, after Instagramming a photo of herself SANS the giant rock. However, she does seem to remain in good spirits after a video was released of her singing her hit “Born This Way” for the Casa Hogar orphanage home for boys in Cabo San Lucas.
So just in case you’re in need of a little uplifting spirit following the heavy news, here’s a video of Gaga flawlessly belting her vocals for the boys, because it’s pure magic, and will make you feel things.
