For those of us who were still holding out hopes that Gaga and Taylor would rekindle their love at some point--prepare for disappointment...
Rumors of a romance between Gaga and her agent, Christian Carino, have been swirling after they were seen getting cozy at a Kings of Leon concert last month, as well as cuddling it up on the field at the Super Bowl, and now People magazine is confirming that the pair are officially an item.
Gaga and Taylor Kinney called off their engagement in July of last year, and Christian is the first man she’s been attached to since the split. Back when the breakup happened, Gaga told fans that she and Taylor had always thought they were QUOTE, “soul mates”, and asked that everyone root for them to work things out, which we all did, of course! But as heartbreaking as it is to hear that she and Taylor are not getting back together, we all know that sometimes the best way for things to work out are to move on and find happiness elsewhere, which is exactly what it looks like Mother Monster is doing with Christian Carino.
And as for this mystery agent man, in addition to rocking the sexy salt-and-pepper look, he’s got quite a resume on him--Christian is an agent at CAA, and reps huge stars like Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera, Simon Cowell, Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Lopez. And like Gaga, he’s apparently very into fashion, and has been friends with one of Gaga’s friends and favorite designers, Tommy Hilfiger, for years. Despite multiple sources confirming the romance, Gaga has yet to talk about her new boyfriend herself, even after being teased by host Ryan Seacrest about it. She told him on air QUOTE, “You know I don't talk about my love life, Ryan...I'm really red. I'm really red, and it doesn't go with my outfit!" I mean, we can’t be too upset about her moving on when she sounds that giddy, right?!
