OMG, we couldn’t wait to see these two besties again!
It was a huge night for our girl Miley Cyrus, who celebrated with friends and family at her Younger Now album release party. The event, which also doubled as a ‘Welcome Home’ party for Miley, was hosted by Spotify back in Miley’s hometown of Nashville, TN.
And being back in Tennessee meant that a reunion was definitely in order for Miley and her childhood best friend, Leslie Patterson, who was famously named in the Malibu singer’s debut single, See You Again, which was released A DECADE AGO in 2007.
Quoting the well-known lyrics, Miley took to her Instagram to share a pic of her and Leslie, writing QUOTE ”My best friend Lesley said 'Oh she's just being Miley' !!!! sooooo glad my bestie since I was a littttttle BB made it to my #spotifyfansfirst #YoungerNow release party! Life is sooooo full circle !"
Leslie also captured the moment sharing QUOTE "I think our face says it all!! Loved seeing my girl kill it tonight and I couldn't be more proud! #YoungerNow release party."
Miley also hung with her fam, posting an adorable pic of her and her mom, Tish, on Instagram, writing QUOTE “It's mommy time! @tishcyrus is definitely #YoungerNow !!!!”
And then she hit the stage with her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus to perform a little set that included her dad’s hit ‘Achy Breaky Heart.’
Miley also gave an extra special shoutout to her dad, sharing a pic of the two that was taken as they chatted to the crowd. Miley captioned the pic QUOTE “Advice night with @billyraycyrus ! " He somehow has a way, of knowing what to say... so when I'm feelin sad , he makes me feel inspired." Best album release party ever @spotify
