So whoever says “you can’t go back home,” listen closely, because I just have one message for you:
The months turned to weeks and the weeks have turned to only days until the house gets a little bit fuller. In the newest featurette Netflix has just released, the entire cast gives an inside look at our favorite TV family-turned-actual-family. The girls, including Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Lori Loughlin and Andrea Barber talk about the upcoming series and promise the same loving family tone that the original did, but with a slight twist.
They also talk about the very first time they were all together as a cast since the show’s last year in 1995, and for the warning, you might want to grab the tissues for this one.
Dave Coulier, who plays Uncle Joey, also talked about the first reunion, saying QUOTE, “Looking around the room, seeing all those wonderful faces that I love, was a moment that you get maybe once or twice in life.”
The cast also praised their massive Full House fan base for the support throughout the years and for giving them such great energy upon their return to the stage. They taped in front of a live studio audience, and got to interact with the fans, of course signing autographs, snapping selfies and getting to interact with each of them.
So I’d say Fuller House is off to a great start, but I want to know what you guys thought about the featurette and if it’s making the wait even harder to bear for you, like it is for me, so get the conversation going right down here in the comments section and be sure to mark your calendars for the Netflix release on February 26. After that, don’t forget to click right over here to check out a few of the best TV reboots and reunions of 2015. Thanks so much for hanging out with me here on Clevver News, I’m your host Meghan Lamontagne and I’ll see you time.
