Nick performed a duet with Kelsea Ballerini over the weekend at the American Country Music Awards and a few viewers were quick to notice that his guitar solo was a little, um shall we say, off. Can we see that again please?
Yikes! But don’t worry guys, he quickly caught back up and jumped down on stage to sing harmonies with Kelsea. Fans of course took to social media to express their views on the solo, and one even posted a video, re-creating the whole thing and uploading a short tutorial.
Nick, being the genuine man that he is, responded to the mess up on Twitter by saying QUOTE: “Just landed in London to all these videos from Sunday night’s performance..So funny. Yes. I screwed up the solo thanks to a huge brain fart.”
He also followed up with a page of sheet music saying we’re all human. And shit happens sometimes. But whoever made this…Truly genius. With a crying, laughing face emoji.
