PAS deputy president Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man stressed that the Reject ICERD (International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination) rally on Dec 8 should not be linked to the recent violent clash at the Sri Maha Mariamman temple. Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa echoed Tuan Ibrahim’s views and reminded the organisers to take precautionary measures to ensure rally-goers’ safety.
