Riverdale Fans Want Dylan Sprouse To Play Jughead's Evil Twin

Dylan Sprouse may be back on the acting train, but lo and behold, fans have already got a very specific acting role in mind for him.
And what better actor to play Jughead’s evil twin on Riverdale than Cole Sprouse’s actual IRL twin?!… the fans are onto something!
It was a mere 24 hours ago that Riverdale’s Cole Sprouse’ twin brother Dylan made headlines for officially stating that he will be returning back to acting, and while he’s already working on a new indie film called Carte Blanche, fans are already hoping he’ll make his second debut on The CW’s Riverdale.
Although the brothers haven’t worked together since their Disney days, fans are dying for an onscreen reunion, to which many Riverdale fans in particular have taken to social media to express their interest with a very specific character in mind – Jughead’s evil twin, to be exact.
Fans seem to be on the same wavelength as they’ve tweeted the same suggestion – one fan wrote, “I just read that @dylansprouse is returning to acting and I'd be so down for some evil jughead twin thing on #Riverdale,” while another created an entire scenario, saying, “WHAT IF JUGHEAD HAD LIKE A LONG LOST TWIN BROTHER IN #Riverdale THEN DYLAN FOUND JASON at the river and saved him.”
Sounds pretty legit to me, however Cole recently shot down rumors of a possibility of Dylan playing Jughead’s ‘identical’ cousin Souphead, opening up to E! News, saying QUOTE, “We've had people talk about Souphead, or whatever his name is. That...is one of those things that one, I'm hard-pressed to think Dylan would ever say yes to and that I would ever approve of. And two, that wouldn't break the fourth wall.”
Cole put it into perspective further saying, “That's the thing, we live in this universe where if Dylan came on as an identical twin cousin to Jughead, people would be like, what does this have to do with the drugs and the maple syrup barrel? It's just one of those things that would be hard."
Ok, ok, we get it, no Souphead – BUT we’re still holding out hope for a twin reunion cameo, especially considering how constant we witness the twins roasting each other on social media. Once Cole got word of one of the headlines that read “Dylan Sprouse returns to acting” when Cole quoted the news article, also writing, “Hey can you return my fucking t-shirts too?” to which Dylan responded back, “I don’t wear them, I use them as toilet paper.”
