You might be a huge fan of Riverdale, but Dylan Sprouse hasn’t fully joined the fandom quite yet.
You’d think the Sprouse twins would be each other’s biggest fans.
While millions of people literally count down the minutes until new episodes of Riverdale air each week, and then re-watch them over and over again in the meantime, Dylan Sprouse can’t relate. Despite the fact that his twin brother Cole stars as Jughead Jones on the CW hit, Dylan told IndieWire he’s only ever watched one episode so far. Shocking, we know.
After the confession, the 25-year-old joked QUOTE “don’t tell my brother.”
Ummm...somehow I don’t think that’s gonna happen.
But even though Dylan doesn’t watch Riverdale each week, he does support his brother no matter what and is super proud of him for all he’s accomplished on the show and in real life.
He explained QUOTE “I’m just immensely proud of my brother for tackling both the big job of doing Riverdale, which is a lot of hours and has had like a lot of success, and also at the same time not losing sight of his passions like photography, which he’s very good at. I hear very good things [about Riverdale] and I hear my brother is quite good so I’m proud of him.”
Perhaps part of the reason why Dylan doesn’t watch Cole on Riverdale is because he’s a little bit bitter that the series films in Vancouver, while he lives in New York City.
Dylan said QUOTE "The only thing that kind of stinks is that it generally means that we’re away from each other for long periods of time. We’re both very close so it’s very hard with him living in Vancouver year round and not seeing him very much. When we do reunite and hang out, it’s very nice.”
I know you may be hoping for a Suite Life reunion soon, but Dylan is pretty adamant that he wants to focus on acting in movies, not on TV, so I don’t think fans should expect him to appear on Riverdale any time soon. Are you surprised that Dylan
