Major Congrats goes to Saoirse Ronan on her very first Golden Globe
Saoirse won big tonight, and even face timed her mom during her speech.
There’s been so much hype around Lady Bird this year, and deservingly so. If you haven’t seen it, it gets my movie stamp of approval but it also got the golden globe stamp of approval from the HFPA because Saoirse Ronan took home her very first Golden Globe for Best Actress In A Comedy Or Musical.
During her speech Saoirse mentioned how special and inspirational it was to be in the room with such amazing people during such a pivotal time for women in Hollywood.
Saoirse’s win was a big one, as she beat out several amazing actresses including Judi Dench Helen Mirren, Margot Robbie and Emma Stone.
