There were a lot of historic moments at the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards last night including Aziz Ansari winning the award for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy Television Series for his role in “Master of None”! He made history because he is the first Asian-American to win that award in his category. Now people are usually surprised by their win because you just never know who is actually going to take the award home, but Aziz was shocked.
I think it’s pretty clear what they censored, but just in case you can’t figure it out. He combined shhhh with litty and took out the l. Get it? Cool. He went on to thank Netflix, the cast and crew, Italy because that’s where they shot Season 2, and of course his parents. Now even though he was censored, it didn’t take away from his historic win. Congrats Aziz and can’t wait to see you win more in the future.
