Selena Gomez finally told the paparazzi to back off because they were terrifying her.
Selena stood up for herself asked the paps to please stop harassing her.
According to a PopCrave video, After exiting a Starbucks in Newport Beach, CA, a crowd of photographers swarmed the singer and began asking her questions about her on again but now off relationship with Justin Bieber. After one paparazzo asked if Selena was just like a little brother to her, Selena plaintively and politely responded QUOTE “Do you guys mind if I just have the rest of the day? Because you’re kind of scaring me.” Instead of respecting her wishes to FOR ONE DAY not be followed around and asked questions by a group of complete strangers, the pap retorted that there were plenty of people around which resulted in a ‘competitive’ nature among the group to snap the star. Instead of getting angrier at the people who were terrifying her and invading her personal space, she respectfully and sweetly replied QUOTE “It’s okay. God Bless.”
Although we aren’t shocked that Selena remained as sweet as ever, it’s still pretty messed up that she felt the need to apologize to a group of people who stalk everything she does on a daily basis even when she asks them to stop out of fear for her personal safety and privacy.
