Shawn Mendes talks about Justin Bieber’s underwear and brings Harry Potter Magic to Carpool Karaoke.
Thanks to our favorite Late Night segment, we just learned some VERY surprising things about Shawn we never knew before…
Of course, before we get to all the fun and juicy tidbits Shawn shared with host James Corden on his Carpool Karaoke bit, the guys kicked things off with an epic and very harmonious sing-a-long to “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back”.

They were clearly having the absolute time of their lives during the segment and it’s almost too cute to handle.
In between rocking out to Shawn’s songs, James asked the “In My Blood” crooner some personal questions. At one point Shawn admitted that even though he just moved out of his parents’ house into his own place recently, his mom still comes over to help him with his laundry. How cute is that?! Of course, things then took quite a hilarious turn when James and Shawn began discussing Justin Bieber’s version of doing laundry...

That comeback was so fast and so clever that I think I just fell in love with Shawn all over again.
But if you’re already swooning over Shawn over the highlights you’ve seen so far, then prepare to fall head over heels because it turns out that in addition to being insanely talented, hilarious, gorgeous, and adorable, he’s also a huge Harry Potter fan. And the way he and James shared that fact, is pretty much one of the best things we’ve ever seen.
