Sia Admits To CRYING Before Performing - Joins Cast of My Little Pony

Get ready to meet the newest member of the My Little Pony gang, voiced by and totally modeled after Sia. It was announced at Comic-Con over the weekend that Sia would be joining the star-studded voice cast which already includes Uzo Aduba, Emily Blunt, and Kristen Chenoweth, to name a few. Sia’s character is a pony popstar who goes by the name Songbird Serenade, and the adorable little pony rocks a black and white mane and tail inspired by Sia’s famous wig. The singer will also be contributing two original songs to the movie’s soundtrack.
Now, we have to wait until My Little Pony: The Movie hits theatres this October, but don’t worry, because you can totally get your Sia fix by tuning in to the Good Morning America summer concert series, which showcased Sia’s incredible vocals last week. The singer took the stage for her performance where she slayed her biggest hits, including her latest, ‘Cheap Thrills.’ Check it out.
She literally opens her mouth and absolute perfection comes out, but even still, Sia admits that she still gets stagefright, revealing to Good Morning America that she totally broke down before that very performance.
During her interview, she said QUOTE “I just cried in the dressing room. I’m really croaky and I was like ‘I’m not going to hit the high note and I want everyone to like me.’ It’s scary to perform!” But Sia’s love for her fans always pulls her through and she told the audience QUOTE “I do it because I want to make you happy.”
Well, watching Sia perform definitely makes me very happy, but I want to hear from all of you!
