Taylor Swift & Joe Alwyn Make RARE Public Appearance & Get Close On Date In LA

Taylor Swift and her bae Joe Alwyn FINALLY went out in public on Wednesday for a hike in Malibu, which, as we all know, is a VERY rare occurrence for the pair, who has been dating for almost a year now.
In the photos, Taylor stepped out in workout attire, while Joe opted for the classic dark jeans and Nike’s that Tay refers to in her new single, “delicate.” While we’re still unsure if that was just a coincidence, the important thing is that the two stayed close to one another and looked happy to spend some quality time together. This was their first public appearance since they were spotted in New York City last December after Z100’s Jingle Ball.
According to an E! News source, the couple hiked on a scenic route overlooking the ocean for around an hour and a half, and despite being exhausted from the hike, the source also added that Taylor, QUOTE, “looked very close to Joe, holding on to his arm and holding hands. They seemed very at ease with each other and relaxed.”
Although we still have so many questions about the couple since they’ve remained very tight-lipped about their romance, you can rest assured that the couple is thriving. The source added that, QUOTE, “they appeared very comfortable in one another’s company and seemed to be enjoying their time together— despite having a bodyguard following their every move.”
The source also said that, QUOTE, “They were deep in conversation for most of the hike and their attention was focused solely on one another.” This information comes just one month after another E! News source said that Taylor spends a lot of time with Joe’s family when she’s in London and that the couple is, QUOTE, “Clearly serious.”
