The singer won three Grammy awards last night including Album of the Year and opened the show with her new single “Out of The Woods” in a glittery show stopping jumpsuit. So it’s safe to say that the 2016 Grammy’s belonged to our girl Taylor Swift. And when you own the night, you are allowed to shut down Kanye West’s “Famous” song lyric about you. Yup, that one that takes credit for your success saying, “I made that bitch famous”. Take a look at her subtle yet not so subtle response in her Album of the Year acceptance speech.
Yes girl! Taylor definitely had a reason to celebrate after the Grammys last night! First, she changed into a sexy gold and white crop top and mini skirt look. Joined by none other than her squad, Taylor and her date for the night, Selena Gomez hit up the Republic Records after party with friends, Lorde, Ellie Goulding, her brother Austin, her parents, and Fifth Harmony’s Camila Cabello.
Soon after Tay’s boyfriend Calvin Harris joined the party at Hyde nightclub looking understatedly cool as usual. But if you’re like us, you were probably wondering why Calvin didn’t escort Taylor to the Grammy award show in the first place. Don’t worry, it’s reported the DJ was hard at work in the studio last night, but we’re just glad he made sure to meet up with Taylor after.
Calvin posted a pic of Taylor kissing him on the cheek to Snapchat, probably letting us know that he is extremely proud of his girlfriend. But really guys, how freaking cute are they?! This marked the couple’s first public appearance together since January.
Glad to see all is well in Tayvin-land. E! News reports Taylor was saying hi to everyone at the party and hanging out on the dance floor before making her way to the VIP section. It’s even reported that Taylor was one of the last to leave the party. Good for you Taylor! You deserve a good night out!
