Taylor Swift Treats 1989 Tour Crew To A Vacation & Oprah Confesses She's A Swiftie

Taylor Swift has officially added another hard-core Swifty to her squad after the influential Oprah Winfrey had nothing but the sweetest things to say to the superstar.
And in true selfless Oprah fashion, Tay’s successful year-long tour has come to an end, and what better way to wind down than to treat her band and crew to a tropical vacation...
So if you’re wondering why we haven’t seen much of T-Swift in the states, that’s because she and her 1989 tour crew have been hard at work closing out the remainder of her world tour in Australia over the past week. However, a new self-proclaimed Swifty, AKA Oprah Winfrey, was also visiting the land down under when she gushed to the Herald Sun all about Tay.
She stated that she found Taylor to be “a true great role model.” She also revealed QUOTE, “I’ve never seen any woman handle herself the way she does.”
And as Taylor prepares for her final 5 1989 world tour shows overseas, we might also have to add her 125 band members and tour crew to the list of adoring Swifties, because Tay took to social media last night to express her gratitude for the crew’s hard work by gifting them with a tropical vacation.
She posted a photo of her entire crew posing onstage, writing, QUOTE, “So stoked to be able to take my band and crew on a vacation at the end of a long and wonderful tour. For all their hard work this year, they really deserve it. Thank you to Hamilton Island for taking such great care of 125 of the people who work tirelessly to make sure the 1989 World Tour stage gets built, the lights are on, the costumes are made, the guitars are tuned, and the show goes on.”
Reports also claim that Tay has banned many Australian media outlets from the private island in order to secure her own privacy, including Seven's Sunrise Brisbane Correspondent, Michelle Tapper, who told security, QUOTE, "There is a complete media ban on the island and Taylor Swift has asked for privacy. I have never heard anything like it in almost 20 years of journalism.”
But Taylor kindly finished her Instagram post by writing, “Aussie press, I love your enthusiasm but my birthday isn't for 2 weeks and it'll be a quiet one this year. Let's take it down a notch:)”
