Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' Surges to #1 on Billboard

The competition is over and the Billboard Top 100 hit has been dethroned by T-Swift’s “Bad Blood” that has clawed, kicked and shot its way to the #1 spot!
Yeah, another day, another record for Taylor Swift, but we’re not too surprised with this one. Scoring her 4th Billboard Top 100 No. 1 hit for Bad Blood, featuring rapper Kendrick Lamar, and with the help of the kick-butt music video, Taylor and her gang have managed to send the song from No. 53 to No.1 in just one full week since the music video’s debut during the Billboard Music Awards.
Although we knew this was bound to happen, Bad Blood has respectfully booted Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” featuring Charlie Puth, to No. 2 on the chart after its 6-week long run, followed by Fetty Wap‘s “Trap Queen” at number three, Walk the Moon‘s “Shut Up and Dance” and The Weeknd’s “Earned It” in slots four and five.
So just in case you were wondering, there’s no actual Bad Blood between the top competitors, but Taylor being adorable Taylor couldn’t even contain her excitement, as she took to her social media to tweet, QUOTE, “Having a @billboard Hot 100 #1 with @kendricklamar is too exciting for me to even process. LOOK WHAT YOU GUYS DID.”
