Zayn SINGS New Song On Instagram & Fans Lose It

Yup! We’ve got MORE new music from Zayn Malik’s upcoming album.
We’re finally getting a sense of what Z2 sounds like… and it’s a little moody.
Zayn has followed up that mysterious Instagram poem and video teaser with a grainy clip of a new song! Zayn posted a video of himself strumming on a guitar and singing a sulky ballad. Check it out- and we dare you not to get goosebumps:
THOSE. HIGHNOTES. It definitely seems like Zayn’s new music is much less pop and much more singer-songwriter. And it totally works for him. I mean, Zayn sounds phenomenal in this clip.
The new video was captioned simply “Jammin” and definitely seems dark but actually sings about love. And similar to the dark tone, the video starts in black and white and slowly progresses into color by the end of the song.
Back in September Zayn confirmed that he’s working on his second album. And we’re finally seeing that album come to life. If this clip is in fact a new song coming soon, this will be is first since his collab with Sia last Fall.
Naturally, Zayn fans are losing *IT* on Twitter over this new video. One fan wrote, “WHO ELSE FAINTED? #ZAYNISCOMING”. This user made a good point writing, “zayn is so active on instagram right now i just KNOW something is coming soon cant wait for new music.” And after Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui commented on Zayn’s lyrical poem on Instagram, writing “Beautiful”, some think the song could actually be a collab between the two!
