7 BEST Moments From 2017 Teen Choice Awards

It was a pretty crazy night at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards. There was a panda giving away awards, people falling left and right – okay maybe just Jake Paul falling, but you know what I mean. Aside from all the craziness, the show, like many award shows in the past, had a number of moments that no one will ever forget.
Now, we all know the TCAs is a show that revolves around celebrating fan favorite celebrities in music, television, movies, and the digital space, but it was Zendaya who decided to take the show to another level by giving a moving and heartfelt message to young people everywhere.
While she was on stage, Z made use of her time and encouraged everyone to use their voice, educate themselves, and speak out against the injustices of the world.
After her speech, Zendaya immediately made headlines for her message, so, it’s safe to say that’s definitely one hard speech to forget.
Fifth Harmony and their devoted Harmonizers also made this night one to remember. As the girl group went on stage to accept their award, it was their adorable fans who stole the show.
While it was definitely Fifth Harmony’s moment on stage, the three guys who announced them as winners of the Choice Music Group award just could not believe that they were technically on stage with one of the biggest girl groups in the world.
Louis Tomlinson and Bebe Rexha’s performance was definitely one for the books! The co-collaborators were the last performance of the night and while the party had been going on for quite some time, Louis and Bebe definitely kept the crowd going with their hit, ‘Back To You.’
There were a TON of huge stars like Chris Pratt, Louis, and Fifth Harmony at the show and little ole Liza Koshy made it onto our list of best moments when she went on stage to accept her award for Choice Female Web Star. Liza almost dropped her surfboard twice and she somehow managed to make it look super adorable.
Honestly, I wish I could almost drop something and make it look that cute.
Both Tyler Posey and Tyler Hoechlin were given the honor of presenting an award, but given the fact that they both literally have the same name, the two managed to mess things up and read the same lines at the same time.
You would think that by now there would be some sort of system to prevent any confusion, but it happens!
Another hilarious moment from the show we can’t get enough of was when Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin busted a move alongside the Snapchat dancing Hotdog...
Melissa definitely gets points for those adorkable dance moves.
Alright guys that brings us to our last but definitely not least favorite moment from the show-- when Janel Parish & Lucy Hale were surprised with their awards. Their reactions were adorable and their speech was filled with gratitude for their PLL fans.
It was definitely bittersweet to see Janel and Lucy receiving their final Teen Choice awards for Pretty Little Liars, but we’re sure they’ll be nominated for other projects in the future!
