Ariana Grande Pays Tribute to Manchester With "No Tears Left to Cry" Surprise Music Video

Earlier this week, Ariana Grande announced that her comeback single, “No Tears Left to Cry” would be dropping TODAY, and now that we’ve heard the song and seen the video, we have to be honest, we can’t wait for this new Ariana era!
As we all know, Ariana’s been lying low since the tragedy that struck the Dangerous Woman tour on May 22nd, 2017, when a terrorist detonated a bomb at the Manchester Arena on the night of her concert. The following month, Ariana led the One Love Manchester concert, with the proceeds from the event benefitting the victims of the attack.
Understandably, Ariana needed some time to regroup after the horrible loss of life taken at her concert, but when she began to drop hints about her fourth album last week, it became clear to fans that her return was coming… and soon!
As it turns out, fans were right! Ariana came through with yet another INCREDIBLE single, and while some fans assumed it would be a slow tribute to the 22 victims, it’s actually an up-tempo song about picking up the pieces when you fall on hard times.
Like the song, the video is equally as beautiful. Throughout the video, Ariana is seen dancing along the side of skyscrapers and wearing gorgeous floor-length gowns. This dreamy video is the perfect comeback for Ariana, but as incredible as the video is, our favorite part was at the very end, when a worker bee flew across the screen.
For those of you who don’t know, the worker bee is one of the most well-known symbols of Manchester, further proving that this song was dedicated to the victims of the terrible tragedy that occurred at her concert last year. Amazing!
