You can thank politics for Azealia Banks’ latest feud. The rapper attacked Rihanna after she posted an angered post in response to President Trump’s immigration ban. On Saturday Rihanna tweeted, “Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig…”
A day later Azealia defended Trump and responded to Rihanna’s post writing on Instagram, "As far as rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down. Stop chastising the president. It’s stupid and pathetic to watch… Hoping the president fails is like getting on an airplane and hoping the pilot crashes…”
You know RiRi wasn’t gonna take that! Rihanna posted a duck face photo on Instagram and bashed Azealia writing, “The face you make when you a immigrant stayawayfromthechickens #iheartnuggets”. Last month Azealia posted a video claiming she’s a witch and sacrifices chickens in her closet.
Naturally Azealia responded to that reference by regramming Rihanna’s selfie and accusing her of being a drug addict and more in a caption too explicit for us to read to you. After a few more back and forths Azealia dropped the mic with an Instagram photo of what was supposedly Rihanna’s phone number. That number has now been disconnected and most of Azealia’s posts have been deleted. The feud played out on Instagram as Azealia is currently banned from Twitter after her tirade against Zayn Malik where she sent him racist messages and accused him of stealing her music.
