Beyonce Fans Slam W Mag Over MAJOR Photoshop Job

W Magazine paid homage to Beyonce dropping her revealing Lemonade album Monday by posting this throwback photo of Beyonce in the magazine as a ringmaster of sorts in black lacy lingerie and green mask. The photo caption read, “God she might not be, but #Lemonade proves that it’s still @Beyonce’s world, and we just live in it. See more on wmag.com. #Beyonce photographed by @PatrickDemarchelier, styled by @AlexWhiteEdits; W Magazine July 2011.” The Beyhive and beyond were immediately appalled at the seemingly photoshopped photo- wondering where Bey’s famous hips and curves were, replaced by a thigh gap. While Beyonce no doubt looks stunning in the pic fans just don’t think that looks like their Queen B and flooded the post with negative comments. One user named baboubanouk wrote, “OMG!! Please have some respect for the women's body! That photoshop is awfull!” Never underestimate the Beyhive. And don’t worry guys, we also have some happy B news to report: HBO is planning on submitting Beyonce’s hour long Lemonade visual art TV special for an Emmy! Beyonce has been nominated for two Emmys previously- one for her Super Bowl halftime show in 2013 and one for the On The Run tour TV special. Crossing our fingers she pulls out the nom!
