Video surfaces of Cardi B barely avoiding yet another major altercation, this time it’s between her and FANS.
Can we just let Cardi live?
It’s been a tough week for Cardi B. The rapper deleted her Instagram account after getting into it with Azaelia Banks over an interview Azaelia did with The Breakfast Club, during which Azaelia referred to Cardi as QUOTE “a caricature of a woman.” Cardi made a statement about Azelia’s interview, and Azaelia responded, of course, and then before we knew it, Cardi’s Instagram account was completely wiped. It seemed like maybe she needed to lay low, the girl is pregnant with her first child, after all, but unfortunately for Cardi B, the drama keeps following her.
Yesterday, a video surfaced of Cardi B engaging in a public fight with some so-called “fans,” while shopping at the mall. If you ask me, these people don’t exactly appear to be fans.

Now, the altercation reportedly took place back on April 27th in Las Vegas allegedly because Cardi B had refused to take pictures with fans, including a woman named Lolita Beckford Dawkins, which angered Lolita and her friends, and eventually led to the showdown between them and Cardi.
In an interview with The Blast, Lolita spilled on the incident, saying Cardi refused to take a picture with the fans, because she didn’t really like her appearance at the time, but Lolita told the outlet that she and her friends believed Cardi was being QUOTE “fake,” and it wasn’t long before the conversation got really heated.
According to multiple reports, Cardi did initially address the situation in now-deleted tweets. VladTV reports that Cardi said QUOTE “I always take pictures with fans. If I don't have no make up, in a rush, not in the mood, I'm not obligated and not everybody is YOUR FAN. Clearly."
I have to side with Cardi here. Being pregnant is already really uncomfortable, and can make you feel really insecure- take it from me, I’ve been there- so I totally understand why she didn’t want to be photographed. Obviously, we’re not sure what Cardi said to the women, because her voice literally is inaudible in the vids, so it IS possible that she had a lot to do with the fight also.
