Damon and Elena Reunite in a new Vampire Diaries Series Finale Teaser--check out his reaction to her being awake!Our anticipation for the Vampire Diaries series finale is at an all time high--especially after seeing Delena back in the same room!
In a new teaser for the last episode of the show ever, Damon sees that Elena’s coffin is open and his former love is completely MIA--until she appears behind him seconds later!
TVD fans have waited for these two to be back together for two years, and after hearing that Nina Dobrev WOULD return for the series finale, we knew that she and Damon reuniting had to be inevitable. And for Delena shippers it’s extra bittersweet--especially seeing Damon’s completely shocked and amazed reaction to realizing that Elena is awake. We want them to be together but we’re also like, stop playing with our hearts by putting them back together if they aren’t going to be back together, you know?!
In addition to giving us this mega teaser, TVD producers have confirmed that one major character will die in the series finale. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that it’s not Damon, but at this point it seems that no fan-favorite character is safe from an emotional and tragic fate. It’s definitely going to be hard to see the series come to an end on March 10th, but we’re sure that the show will go out with a bang worthy of its incredibly talented and crazy gorgeous cast.
