Demi Lovato just hit us with her savage new diss track “Sorry Not Sorry”.
And we’ve got your first look at the upcoming music video.
Today Demi Lovato dropped her first solo single since her “Confident” album, in honor of Amazon Prime Day. No, we’re not kidding about that. The sassy new track is called “Sorry Not Sorry”, and doubles as a message for her haters and a story of turning the tables on your ex. Check out these bold lyrics and peep a tease of her upcoming music video from social media.
Demi’s savage lyrics in this banger include lines like, “Now payback is a bad bitch and baby, I’m the baddest. You f*ckin’ with a savage, can’t have this, can’t have this.”
On Instagram Demi further teased her upcoming music video with a clip montage and something tells us a foam party is coming our way.
Demi told Amazon Music in an interview the music video features cameos from Paris Hilton and Wiz Khalifa and promises it’s not as intense as we think. “It’s a lighthearted song, and so the video is going to be lighthearted, too. You don’t want it to seem angsty… So, the video is going to be a giant house party.”
Speaking of lighthearted, Demi recently wrote her fans a lengthy note on Instagram thanking them for all their love and patience as she beings this new chapter in her life.
So while “Sorry Not Sorry” is an instantly catchy song that tells the tale of living your best life after a breakup, Demi is actually friends with her exes. So who’s she singing about?
