Fans are upset that the late Christina Grimmie was left out of the in memoriam segment at last nights Grammy Awards
Fans are certainly continuing to stand behind the late Christina Grimmie
Fans took to twitter last night with much anger for the beloved fallen Voice contestant after she was not recognized in the “in memoriam” segment of the Grammy awards. John Legend sang a moving duet with Broadway actress Cynthia Erivo to the Beach Boys song, “God Only Knows,” while a video played with clips of this years fallen legends such as Prince, George Michael, and Debbie Reynolds to name a few.
The twittersphere started to comment on some missing faces and among them was Christina Grimmie.
One twitter user said “‪#GRAMMYs‬‪ said they wanted to protect the music industry but didn't include Christina Grimmie, someone who was fatally hurt in the industry??‬‬
Norman D. Golden II commented and said, “Last thing, it's a shame they didn't add Christina Grimmie in the "In Memoriam". That girl was so good to her fans & had a VOICE! ‪#GRAMMYs‬
Grimmie however was featured in a longer list of names on the Grammys website, but given the impact and nature of her tragic death we can totally understand why fans were upset.
