Justin Bieber Had No Idea Selena Gomez Had Kidney Transplant Surgery

If you’re wondering if Justin reached out to Selena to send some love and well-wishes during her Kidney transplant surgery and recovery, the answer is apparently no. But it’s not because he’s heartless or doesn’t care about Selena’s well-being--he just didn’t know it was happening.
According to TMZ, Justin was completely in the dark over Selena’s surgery, with one source bluntly telling the outlet QUOTE, "They don't talk. Period...It was a childhood thing. They've both had other relationships. It's over." Damn, it doesn’t get more straightforward than that.
Meanwhile another source told Hollywood Life why Justin didn’t reach out after hearing the news on Instagram like the rest of us, explaining QUOTE, “He is hearing about this just as everyone is hearing about it. He’s he is happy that she is okay, but he has no interest in contacting her to see how she is doing. This will not be a catalyst for them to talk again. He is generally happy she is okay, but that is all he wants to deal with right now when it comes to her.”
I know that’s probably really harsh for diehard Jelena fans to hear, but it’s not really surprising to hear that they’ve stopped talking. They are exes, people, and just like all of us normal folks they have every right to move on put the past behind them. That being said, we’re sure Justin is glad to hear Selena is doing well, and we’re sure Selena isn’t holding any grudges over Justin not reaching out. Especially considering she’s already getting all the love she needs from her family, friends, fans, and her current boyfriend.
