Kanye Goes Off in SNL Rant Over Taylor Swift & A Custom Stage

Audio of Kanye West’s SNL meltdown backstage leaks...and he’s still ranting about Taylor Swift.
And it continues. Kanye was upset backstage at Saturday Night Live over the weekend and things got a little heated.
As you know Yeezy was the musical guest on SNL this week, and afterwards announced his new album “The Life of Pablo” dropping. In a minute long rant obtained by Page Six, Kanye exclaims quote, “Look at that s--t, they took my f--kin stage offa SNL without asking me and now I’m bummed. That and Taylor Swift, fake a--. Now I ain’t gonna do this, we’re breaking the mother f---king Internet.” Ok we’d be upset too if we had rehearsed all day with a custom stage that we worked hard on and then just before showtime the lighting director took it down without our knowledge. But what does Taylor Swift have to do with that? Our guess is TayTay added to his stress level that night, because of her rep denying that Taylor had approved his “Famous” song lyrics about her, sending the Internet into a frenzy. The aggressive audio escalates saying, “Don’t f--k with me. Don’t f--k with me!” and then a couple more times of that. He also swears he’s quote, “50 percent more influential than any other human being.” There’s the Kanye we love. He also name checks filmmaker Stanley Kubrick, Pablo Picasso, and St. Paul the Apostle whom he is more influential than. Rumor has it Kanye threatened to walk out of his performance on SNL but after the miscommunication was worked out he ended up performing as usual. E! News reports he did not yell at any SNL staff or crew but got angry in a private moment with his team and the night ended on a positive note. Now that the Kanye Taylor beef continues, ball is again in your court Taylor. But something tells us she’s not gonna be responding again.
