Katy Perry Previews NEW Song "Deja Vu" On Instagram

STOP EVERYTHING: Katy Perry has just teased an eerie new song! Katy Perry’s fourth album dubbed “KP4” is slowing coming to life. Monday night Katy shared a snippet of a new track on Instagram seemingly titled “Deja Vu”. And it might be the dimmest sound we’ve ever heard from the pop star.
As you just witnessed, Katy sings in the clip: “Cause everyday’s the same, definition of insane. I think we’re running on a loop, deja vu.” The dark track continues her thought-provoking theme from “Chained to the Rhythm”, encouraging us to STAY WOKE. This teaser is another perfect sample of what Katy describes as “purposeful pop.”
Katy’s new album still has no official release date OR name, and we’re sorry to report it’s not coming anytime soon. The singer recently told Capital FM radio QUOTE, “I think we are digesting things in bitesize these days, and that’s what we can handle...we, like, only read headlines.” So while Katy admitted the album isn’t coming any time in the near future, it’s got plenty of material. Katy revealed she’s written over 40 songs for it.
