First Coldplay and Beyonce, and now Lady Gaga?! Super Bowl 50 is starting to become a huge star-studded event!
It’s official! Lady Gaga is kicking off Super Bowl 50 by singing the national anthem and you are not going to want to miss her performance.
It’s been a big day for Mother Monster! Hours after Lady Gaga was announced to pay tribute to the late David Bowie at the 58th annual Grammy Awards in a special segment, the NFL revealed that the singer will also be performing “The Star-Spangled Banner” at Super Bowl 50 on February 7th. I honestly can’t think of a better person to kick off the Super Bowl than Gaga.
So far, 2016 has proved to be a great year for Lady Gaga! Not only did she win her first Golden Globe award in January for her role in “American Horror Story: Hotel,” the singer has also been nominated for her first Academy Award and is even up for a Grammy! Like I said, February is a HUGE month for Lady Gaga and I for one am excited to see how it all turns out!
