Pink Defends Herself Against Demi Lovato Feud Rumors

HOLY FEUD ALERT!!! Pink and Demi Lovato are going head to head after Pink’s comments following the MTV VMA’s.
Okay, Okay… So Pink didn’t call Demi out specifically, however she did get herself in some PRETTY HOT water after tweeting negatively about performers at this years show.
First Full Asset: It seems the drama isn’t slowing down after this years VMA’s because we’ve got ANOTHER feud in the making that started after PINK made a comment in response to the big show confessing she felt “embarrassed,” “old” AND “sad” while watching the VMA’s. She said QUOTE: "In all seriousness; I felt sad because music is supposed to inspire. It saved my life. This trash won't save any kids life. In a world that is even scarier and with lives still worth saving, who will stand up and have soul?" she continued... "Disenfranchised to say the least. Let down by my industry and peers."
So like okay, we get it… BUT where PINK really threw herself under the bus is when she actually name dropped the artists that we fine in her book… She said “"Beside Macklemore and Pharrelland [Justin] Bieber (pre-sob fest) and The Weeknd, Tori Kelly was dope too. The rest was gross and embarrassing and hard for this aging pop star to believe."
Ohhhh PINK, I love you… But being an artist with a huge platform… This probably was not the smartest idea seeing that tons of people started calling out feud alerts with singers such as Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Manaj AND most specifically Demi Lovato… Who also caught wind and took to twitter saying QUOTE: “Cool For The Summer may not "save kid's lives" or "inspire" but I'd say Skyscraper & Warrior have done a pretty good job of helping people cope with mental illness. VMA's are sexy and fun. There's a time and place for everything.”
Both have a point… You can’t shame Pink for having an opinion… However maybe publicly stating that opinion wasn’t the best decision… AND DEMI… I totally agree with you, you’re confident and you should let that SHINEEE…
Pink took to twitter yet again last night to say QUOTE: “Please look for a feud elsewhere. I have no issue with Demi Lovato or anyone else. I actually forgot she performed. I have opinions. MANY I stand by what I said. However, I didn't intend for the angry people of the world to latch on and make it into something it isn't. Peace.”
I totally think Pink wasn’t calling out one person specifically, but I think it can just be a lesson to us all on social media, to be careful about what you’re sending out into the world. Even if you don’t intend to hurt someone, how you affect the world counts.
