Riverdale Season 3 Premiere Date ANNOUNCED + Details on Upcoming Season

If you’ve been missing Riverdale and the casts’ Twitter and Instagram feeds aren’t enough to hold you over, don’t worry because the premiere date has been announced. The official Riverdale account posted the announcement with the caption “#Riverdale returns Wednesday, October 10 on The CW!” So you wont have to wait too long, well actually that’s still quite some time away, but it will go by fast.
While we are waiting Skeet Ulrich who plays Jughead’s dad was on Us Weekly’s “Watch With Us” podcast and he revealed what we can expect from Season 3. He said, “Archie is going to be on trial. The Serpents are sort of redefining themselves and trying to get their footing to figure out the next steps. There becomes a core mystery to the season that involves parents and children alike. It’s packed full already. We’re three episodes in. That’s definitely quite dramatic.”
He reveals a lot more on that podcast, but you’ll have to listen to find out. In the meantime, we are going to be rewatching seasons 1 & 2 to get ready for the Season 3 premiere.
