The title of Selena Gomez’s new single has been revealed, and we have all of the details!
Selena Gomez’s second single off of her upcoming Revival album will be called “Same Old Love.” Raise your hand if you are as excited as I am!
On Tuesday, Selena Gomez made an appearance at the iHeartMedia Music Summit, where she revealed to a room of industry executives that her next single will be called “Same Old Love.” Selena even played the song for everyone in the room! I'd give anything to be a fly on the wall in that room. They are so Lucky, but at least we get this photo of Selena at the summit:
“Same Old Love” will be the second single off of Selena’s Revival album, which will be released on October 9. Her first single off of the album “Good For You” is already a hit on the charts. Selena’s career is on fire right now, and people are loving this new sound from her. So, we’re thinking “Same Old Love” will be another huge success for Selena.
Now, if you’re a #Jelena fan, the title of the track might’ve caught your attention. The title “Same Old Love” has us thinking that the song is about Selena’s on-again, off-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber. I know, I know, you guys are tired of hearing about this duo, but they have broken up and gotten back together numerous times over the past couple of years. So the title of the Selena’s new track definitely hints that the song could possibly be about Justin.
There’s no word yet on when this new single will drop, but Fuse is reporting that “Same Old Love” is QUOTE rumored to be composed by superstar producers Benny Blanco and Stargate, alongside Charli XCX END QUOTE
After hearing how amazing “Good For You” was, we can’t wait until “Same Old Love” is released. We’re totally seeing a new side of Selena and we love it!
