Taylor Swift is a backwards walker and now we know why. She’s weird just like us!

It’s the photo seen round the internet – and thanks to Taylor Swift for explanation… we know that she’s a weirdo just like the rest of us. And we love her for it!

So this pic of Taylor hiking backwards is from back in March and it had fans speculating up a storm… mostly commenting on how it seems like Taylor is taking a sobriety test with a police officer – except clearly that’s not reality because she’s on a hike in LA and that dude is a trainer. Well, technically he’s TS’ security because she reacted to all of the questions by posting on her tumblr page: QUOTE ‘I saw the guy with the camera and wasn’t in the mood so I hiken the whole trail backwards and my security told me when to make turns.’ I’m actually pretty glad that she explained because I assumed Taylor was doing the climb backwards in order to get a different kind of burn during her workout. Shoutout to my childhood friend Jenni Dant who was a star athlete and would be spotted all around town with her trainer running backwards. It works, y’all. Anyways, I can’t help but feel a bit for Taylor – I mean, the last thing you want to do when you’re a celebrity and you have a few hours of free time in the wilderness IS HAVE PAPARAZZI CREEPING AROUND AND TAKING YOUR PHOTO – especially when you’re exercising.
