Is Taylor Swift really getting sued over her obsession with her lucky number 13? YUP... that's the latest buzz, so let's talk this ridiculousness out!

So I'm just gonna go ahead and say it... T Swift's lucky number might not be so lucky anymore. TMZ reports that the clothing company Lucky 13 is suing the singer for allegedly ripping off its brand to sell her own merchandise. In the suit, they claim Taylor's music video for "I Knew You Were Trouble" could be an ad for his Lucky 13 ... because it "depicts stylish, attractive, tattooed individuals in provocative situations." hmmm what do you think?

Obviously it's well known that 13 is Tay's lucky number, she recently explained to MTV News why 13 is in fact her fave, saying:

"I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first No. 1 song had a 13-second intro. Every time I've won an award I've been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter...basically whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it's a good thing."
