Taylor Swift Wants 'Personal' Photo In Groping Lawsuit Kept Private

Taylor Swift is being sued by a radio DJ who inappropriately groped HER at a meet and greet.
And Taylor wants to make sure the scandalous evidence never sees the light of day!
Taylor Swift is currently in a legal battle with a radio DJ who Taylor claims inappropriately groped her assets. David Mueller AKA Jackson is an on-air DJ in Denver and sued Taylor after he was fired from his job for QUOTE, “Grabbing Ms. Swift’s bottom”.
The incident took place during a meet-and-greet at Denver’s Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013 for Taylor’s The Red Tour. Jackson claims he never groped Taylor and was wrongfully fired for the allegation. Taylor has responded by filing a lawsuit of her OWN, for sexual assault and battery. In T. Swift’s suit she has motioned to keep the photo evidence from ever leaking to the public. The motion describes evidence including a graphic photograph that is QUOTE, “...extremely personal and sensitive in nature and should not be shared with the public until absolutely necessary (at trial).”
Taylor’s suit claims the evidence, including hundreds of pages of court documents, should be private not only for the scandalous nature but because it would sway the jury in Colorado, describing QUOTE “In addition to the likelihood of these documents swaying a jury, it is all but assured that the photograph will be shared for scandalous and prurient interests - reasons that have nothing to do with the public’s interest in the Court’s decision making.”
The photo reportedly sees Jackson with, “...his hand in an inappropriate place and a grin on his face.” Sexual assault is NEVER ever ok, so we hope Taylor gets justice she deserves in this case. All we can do now is look forward to her Formula 1 Grand Prix performance coming up October 22.
